Just Love Yoga offers weekly Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes at the community centre.  Classes are a mix between Ashtanga counted classes, where the group is guided and moves in synchronicity, creating a healthy body, whilst stilling the mind, and Mysore style classes, where students practice a set sequence at their own pace and ore offered 1-2-1 assistance.

Classes are taught by Claire Berghorst, an experienced instructor, who has been teaching on a full-time basis since 2008.  Claire also runs regular workshops and teacher training at the community centre.

Pilates Mat Classes

Classes  are run in terms.  Classes are either Mondays at 7pm or Tuesdays at 10.00am.  All classes are mixed ability.

Term 1 - w/c 9th January - w/c 6th February  - 5 weeks £50

Term 2 - w/c 20th February - w/c 27th March - 6 weeks £60

Term, 3 - w/c 17th April - w/c 22nd May  - 5 weeks £50

Term 4 - w/c 5th June - w/c 17th July - 7 weeks £70

(Pilates is a great form of exercise for all ages and compliments other sports and activities.  My clients range in age from 17-81 years old.  Benefits include: A stronger core, increased joint mobility, longer leaner, stronger muscles, increased body awareness and better posture, greater ease in everday movement, decreased stress and tension, a greater sense of well being)

I also offer private sessions in my Studio in Chobham on the Reformer and cadillac.  Sessions are £65 per hour.

Chobham Community Centre

Barre is a mixture of yoga, Pilates, ballet and strength training. We focus on lengthening, strengthening and toning the muscles! Fun and friendly class, leaving you feeling energised!

Yoga will involve a gentle practice learning various yoga poses. Alongside movement through the body we will also focus on different breathing techniques and each session will conclude with a guided meditation leaving you feeling relaxed.

EveryBODY is welcome!
No experience required for either classes.
