Just Love Yoga offers weekly Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes at the community centre.  Classes are a mix between Ashtanga counted classes, where the group is guided and moves in synchronicity, creating a healthy body, whilst stilling the mind, and Mysore style classes, where students practice a set sequence at their own pace and ore offered 1-2-1 assistance.

Classes are taught by Claire Berghorst, an experienced instructor, who has been teaching on a full-time basis since 2008.  Claire also runs regular workshops and teacher training at the community centre.
