Barre is a mixture of yoga, Pilates, ballet and strength training. We focus on lengthening, strengthening and toning the muscles! Fun and friendly class, leaving you feeling energised!

Yoga will involve a gentle practice learning various yoga poses. Alongside movement through the body we will also focus on different breathing techniques and each session will conclude with a guided meditation leaving you feeling relaxed.

EveryBODY is welcome!
No experience required for either classes.
